Talent Acquisition, Associate Manager
Role description
The Talent Acquisition Associate Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies and execution to secure high-quality talent in a timely and cost-effective manner. Reporting to the Talent & Development Lead, this role will operate as a strategic partner to HRBPs and business leaders, aligning talent acquisition with workforce planning, execution and even further employer branding activity. The incumbent will design and optimize TA processes, channels, and tools—including the integration and operationalization of global AI-based recruitment platforms such as Eightfold and Workday; drive candidate and stakeholder engagement; and contribute to HR global projects to implement new tools and platforms in Korea. The role will also collaborate closely with Talent & Development to ensure external talent pipelines complement succession planning and capability build, strengthening the overall talent ecosystem.
Typical Accountabilities
- TA Strategy: Define, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities, T&D objectives, and local regulations; establish and maintain local hiring procedures and ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Recruitment Ownership: Lead full-cycle recruitment for selected roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-selection, offer management, and hiring administration, ensuring time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost metrics are met or exceeded.
- Sourcing & Attraction: Develop localized attraction strategies and diversified channels (internal posting, referrals, professional networks, social media, job boards, agencies, university relations); optimize channel mix and vendor performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Candidate & Employee Engagement: Design activities to increase engagement levels among candidates and employees throughout the hiring journey, onboarding, and probation, aligning with culture and values.
- Employer Branding: Localize and execute employer branding initiatives based on global toolkits; enhance career development content, social campaigns, and candidate communications to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
- Workforce Planning & Succession: Partner with T&D and HRBPs to integrate talent pipelines into succession plans for Business Critical Roles; continuously assess market availability and maintain proactive contact with external candidates for potential succession needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business/functional leaders, and HRBPs; provide consultative guidance on role scoping, assessment, selection decisions, and market insights.
- Process Excellence & Compliance: Review and optimize TA processes, tools, and infrastructure; ensure compliance, including conflict of interest declarations and data privacy; oversee probation assessment processes for employees and contractors.
- Global Projects & Local Implementation: Participate in HR global projects; lead local deployment of new programs and platforms —including AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g., Eightfold, Workday), ensuring change management, training, and adoption.

- Experience with AI-powered recruitment platforms (e.g., Eightfold, Workday) is plus
- Digital fluency in HR tech ecosystem and data-driven decision making
